Upon project completion, all final files will be made available to the client through secure download links on our platform or via email. For added security, the platform may require the client to log in to access the files.
4. Revisions and Delivery Updates

The timeline for these revisions will vary depending on the complexity of the requested changes. Delivery updates and revision timelines are handled directly through the messaging and file exchange tools on our platform.
5. Non-Tangible Deliverables
As all services are digitally delivered, clients will receive only the digital files agreed upon at the time of purchase. No physical media, printed documents, or tangible products will be shipped.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Clients will be asked to confirm delivery once the final files are received and approved. After confirmation, the project will be marked as completed. If there are any outstanding issues with the deliverables, please reach out to the service provider or our support team before confirming delivery.
7. Refund and Dispute Policy
If the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality, clients may open a dispute within the platform’s support system. Refunds and partial credits may be provided based on the nature of the dispute and the platform’s refund policy.
